I have stayed before and really liked it then. Nothing has changed, Linda & Clive are still as welcoming as ever! The place is a home away from home and I LOVE the quirky / retro decor. So much love had gone into the making of this BnB, you can’t help but feel it when staying there. Very nice breakfast as well !!!!!

The property was located very conveniently next to the main road onto Hayling Island, not far from the M27. It was very conveniently located for a one night break in a long journey for me. There was a good pub about 10 minutes walk along the road for my evening meal. It was very close to a coastal nature reserve with many birds, which I visited before breakfast the next morning. For me, it was an ideal location to continue on a long journey. It was very quiet in the whole house and I was able to sleep well and rest after a very tiring couple of days. The host and hostess were very welcoming and my one-to-one breakfast produced some interesting conversation. It was a shame I was not able to stay longer.

Everything was fine. However, I did notice some very noisy motorbikers racing along the main road next to the house on more than one occasion. It is a busy main road, but there is good off-road parking.

Friendly hostess, exceptional breakfast,, beautiful garden, spotlessly clean room, interesting decor.

No tea making facility in the room. Unexpected house rule of removing shoes indoors. Busy road and not easy to identify the property on arrival.
