Perfect location, less than 10 min by car to Dartmouth and 2 min to the Blackpool Sands Beach, and the view is breathtaking. Lucy was the perfect hostess, she helped us with our later arrival (thank you once more Lucy!), the breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and spacious and very well planned with enough space to put our things away (not so obvious if you've been to as many places as we have!), with tea/coffee table and even small chocolate bars provided daily.

Excellent location for sightseeing, free parking. Excellent host. Amazing full English breakfast. Accommodation was very clean. We can't fault the accommodation at all

The property was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the location is great and the owner is very friendly and does a good breakfast - perfect poached eggs!.

My husband likes a chair in the bedroom.
