Grande chambre Vue magnifique sur le lac et belle piscine

Information à l’arrivée que le seul paiement possible était en liquide suite à une panne de l’appareil à carte bleue !

Fantastisk utsikt mot sjön med allt fågelliv. Väldigt vackert. Nimal på boendet gjorde fantastisk Sri Lanka mat. Han frågade vad man önskade och så fick man det. Eller fick han fria händer så fick man rätter som man inte visste fanns. Åt alla middagar här och det var väldigt bra.

Dîner incroyable, super bon repas. Personnel très gentil et accueillant. On a fait un safari le matin et l’hôtel proposait le petit déjeuner à emporter. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse

The hotel is incredibly peaceful, owners and other staff members absolutely phenomenal service. The food prepared by the owner/chef was absolutely delicious and very generous portion size for the cost. Rooms are immaculately clean, asked for a kettle and were given all tea/coffee making facilities which was lovely. Bed is comfortable, AC works well. View from room is amazing.

An extra pillow on the beds would be lovely but I'm sure if we'd asked this would have been accommodated.

The location directly on the lake's edge was stunning. To wake up to the sunrise and all the birds flying past and resting on the trees was amazing. I have never seen so many kingfishers.

The resort looked closed when we arrived, but soon able to raise the host and get let in. Was a bit disconcerting

Great service

Staff were so friendly and helpful, they were great! Food was good. Pool by the lake was lovely as was the view from the room. Room was spacious and super clean. They organised our Yala safari which was also brilliant.

Duży pokój, przestronny, z pięknym widokiem na jezioro. Czysty basen.

Rano zamiast śniadania mieliśmy zamówione śniadanie "na wynos" ponieważ jechaliśmy o 5:30 do parku Yalla. Niestety śniadanie nie było przygotowane przez co nasz wyjazd się opóźnił. Dopiero pan dozorca obudził panią, która w pośpiechu szykowała nam kanapki na drogę.

Near to Yala Park

Poor service, laundry by hands of poor quality and they put my underwear on the roof. The hotel manager said the dinner was fully booked when we were going to book a table for the dinner but when we came back from the dinner outside the restaurant the hotel’s restaurant was empty. There was no cleaning service in the room. The AC was old and noisy. No mosquitos net on the window. Manager accept payment only cash and I would be surprised if he gives more than half of the revenue to the owner…
