警備スタッフの態度は良く、落ち着いていて安心した。

到着して建物に入ると、警備スタッフから「満室であなたの名前の予約はない」と言われました。警備員の方は丁寧に対応してくださり、何度もオーナーに電話をかけてくれましたが、オーナーはその電話を次々とキャンセルし、私たちと話す意思がまったく感じられませんでした。 ようやく電話がつながった際も、一方的にキャンセルを求められ、その態度は非常に横柄で不快でした。どうやらこの宿では同じようなトラブルが頻発しているようです。 旅行中に余計な手間や嫌な思いをしたくない方には、この宿は全くおすすめできません。

It was a lot better than we expected fot this price, the stuff was really nice and welcoming we even got to choose which room we prefer. The room was big and has everything you need. Shower was working better than in most other apartments in Zanzibar and the water was super hot I even had to turn off the switch to get some cold water. Ceiling fan was working very well and it was nice and cool in the room.

The location is close to a big market and restaurants.

The room was dirty and the bedding smelled like someone had just used them. The bathroom was just as bad.

I called the number on the front door (+255623971808) and spoke to a lady who told me to ring the bell and someone would open up. The security guard who came out said it was fully booked and they had no booking under my name. There was nothing to like about this place because they never even let me in. Upon arrival, I was told they had no record of my booking and that the hotel was fully booked. When I tried to call the woman back, she had blocked my number. I managed to get the security guard to call her, and he told me she said not to let me in because they were full. He also told me this happens almost every day and that four other people were turned away the day before for the same reason. I had to find a taxi for a 2-hour drive to my actual destination. This is a scam operation and should not be allowed on Booking.com. I can't be the first to complain. I am still missing my booking fee. Avoid this property at all costs.
