Big house with three bedrooms, each with an air conditioner, kitchens and living room (with a fan only). There are basic food supplies such as bread, eggs, and coffee, which are replenished each morning. So it's possible to cook breakfast by yourself.

The main problem is the owner. On the one hand, he was really nice and picked us up from the airport. But on the other hand, he is a control freak, which makes the stay in his property very uncomfortable. There are few cameras installed in the garden, one is pointed directly to the living room, whose walls are made of glass. So you have no privacy in part of the property. Moreover, the electric system of the entire house is controlled remotely. If you want an air conditioner, you need to call him and ask to turn it on. But the worst experience was with renting a car from the owner. He gave us instructions on which roads not to choose, due to dangerous conditions. We followed his instructions throughout the entire rental period. There was a GPS device installed in the car, and the guy was controlling each of our moves. One evening, while we were driving, he decided we were on a dangerous road. In fact that was just a steep few kilometer long , but not something special. Anyway, the guy decided that I'm unable to drive on this road, called me and started yelling at me, when we already reached the main road. Finally he blocked our car remotely, making us get stuck in the middle of the main road with traffic. He eventually released the car blockage after arguing with me by phone, but these few minutes, when we couldn't move the car from the main road were extremely dangerous. I almost reported this to the police. I would not recommend dealing with this guy, at least not to take any additional services he proposes.
