I absolutely loved my stay at Momento Bangtao! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, they were always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect and that I had everything I needed and more! The location of the property is super convenient and it’s very nice and has a sleek finish. The terrace above the rooms was incredible and a nice spot where you can eat, rest and just chill out. The rooms were super clean and the bed was really comfortable, it has an aircon and a fan in the room to ensure that you don’t overheat. Overall my stay was absolutely amazing and the hosts have great attention to detail and are also very accommodating and kind. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Food tasted fresh and was prepared well, staff were all friendly and very helpful. The room and facilities were all excellent.

We had a really nice stay at the momento. The staff are friendly and courteous and provided everything we needed including arranging early breakfasts. The rooms are clean, well decorated and comfortable. The breakfasts were particularly good, probably the best we've had while staying in hotels over the last couple of years. It's two minutes walk from the beach and much quieter than the other resorts which is good for us.

Not much about the hotel can be improved. The hotel do charge extra for arranging transport which is disappointing and charged us 1000 Baht for a ride from the airport to the hotel. The return trip to the airport was 700 baht if we booked our own car. Tuk Tuks in the area were too expensive which is frustrating. $4.40 USD for a 1.2km trip and they wouldn't negotiate lower. Best to download grab and use grab for any travelling or just rent a scooter for longer trips (which the hotel provides).

Nicely tucked away on a high road, a walks away from restaurants and the beach. This was an awesome find - the staff are SO friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended. Thank you again :)

The made to order breakfast was excellent.The small kitchenette was real handy for keeping drinks cold. Got a bag of ice from 7-11 and put it in our freezer. We were the only guests during the rainy season that was at the hotel, we were there for almost three weeks, we were in heaven. The staff, Gina, Noon and both boys were amazing. The location was fantastic....beach was a short walk from hotel, (across the street) restaurants, shops, massage shops, tour guide booths, taxis, tuk tuks and money exchange kiosks.

There was no pool, but the ocean was across the street.

Excellent little place to stay! Lovely location close to both Bangtao and Surin beach! Gina and others are very accommodating and always there to help if needed..even sorted a tour to the Phi Phi islands for me! Would stay again 100%, the breakfast is excellent, no complaints!

Friendly staff and always ready to help with my questions or anything that can make my stay better. I appreciated that there was HBO aside from Netflix in the room! My favourite part was the comfortable bed and pillows though. I was well rested every night, so much so that I always woke up late and missed breakfast lol. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Momento Bangtao and will recommend to anyone!
