Very nice newly renovated property. The room in which we stayed was like in the pictures, clean and with all you needed to have a comfortable stay.

There were some points that I didn't like at Casa Karola Haz. The check in toked very long until the owner and the employee sorted out some aspects... which I consider could have been discussed previous our arrival, didn't want to stay 20 minutes to hear details... Not to mention we have waited some time for someone from the property to come and accommodate us. The room has a shared balcony, but I didn't enjoyed it due to some personal items from other guests or don't know... All in all it was ok, the property is nice but for a more welcoming experience customer service from my point of view needs some adjustments :)
