"You get what you pay for but the noise and no internet wasn't expected."

Breakfast is great and it is included in the stay. It is really good. The hotel is very small, only about 10 rooms and looks like they were all recently added. The rooms are small but doable if you don't spend a lot of time there. The location is good, away from all the noise of the marina and if you don't mind a little walk.

Your experience will vary by the room you stay in. We stayed here 12 nights.....7 in room 6 and it was a good experience, internet worked, bathroom was pretty nice. Then 5 nights in room 3 and it wasn't good. Sink was too small and high, internet didn't work. There was a dog outside that barked a lot. There is a makeshift elevator (glorified pully) and it is loud as hell. Will wake you up every morning at around 7:30-7:45 (some uses it at that time). The middle area can be noisy if people talk.

Breakfast was included and was delicious, the rooms and decor was nice for the price.

It was a little bit of a walk (about 7 blocks) from the Marina, but for the value we didn't mind getting our steps in.

Breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room disappointed as it was very small, didn't even have a chair, had no hot water and there wasn't even a window. the room photos looked much nicer and showed curtains so i assumed there was a window, but the curtains hid a boarded up opening into the main foyer - just as well, then. There was also no safe to store valuables which did not make me feel very secure. I feel there are nicer and more convenient places for the same money. While we both enjoy walking and didn't mind the trip to the beach and town centers (about 1.2 km), it seemed the hotel was so obscure that none of the taxi/tour/uber operators could find us when we did take transportation which caused some anxious moments when leaving for the airport at the end of the stay. If anyone had limited mobility, this would not be a a good option for them.
