Vicini di stanza rumorosi ma non per colpa della struttura, c'erano dei ragazzi un pò alticci

Muy amable el personal, la cama muy bien y el baño tambien.

Al llegar no se podía pagar con tarjeta asi que tuvimos que ir en auto con alguien del personal a retirar dinero (ya era tarde y estabamos cansados). Además, no nos dieron toallas para bañarnos y se escuchaba mucho ruido de un niño llorando de otra habitación.

Reservation made from March for June, in which the check-in date was wrong and could not be changed on the booking website. When the error was noticed, we called the number on the website and by phone we were told that it was ok and that it would be changed according to our request. In April, I personally went to the location to make sure that there were no misunderstandings for the June reservation and we were verbally reconfirmed that it was ok, we can rest assured that the reservation has been changed. A week before leaving for Frattamaggiore, we called again, just to be sure, and we were confirmed by phone again that there were no problems with the reservation and that he was waiting for us on the changed date. When we arrived at the accommodation, it was a surprise... we couldn't check in because the reservation hadn't been changed and we didn't show up the day before. We were not received even if we said that we were paying the previous day so that we wouldn't sleep outside that night! So we and about 10 other people who suffered the same thing that night remained under the open sky. Clearly they made reservations without coverage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I'M THINKING OF REPORTING TO THE AUTHORITIES. IT IS DISRESPECT FOR TOURISTS! DISAPPOINTING !!!!SO STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! LIARS AND EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE OF THOSE FROM Villa Mafalda B&B WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
