Dili Gili

The staff were fantastic - constantly hard at work to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was good, really nice to be able to enjoy it on our balcony.

The location was a little away from the main areas, but still walkable and would recommend bike hire!

One of those hotels that you want to rate 10, because the right details mattered. - the staff goes above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable - great breakfast (serve on your balcony) - great restaurants around - free snorkeling masks to use - very clean and spacious room - the patio was wonderful <3 especially for breakfast And another mention for the staff. Thank you all, we felt like family!

Very friendly staff, they helped us with both laundry and renting bikes. The breakfast was great and got delivered to our room! The room was very spacious with a big bathroom and terrace which was nice. The location was great, close to the beach and the main street, quiet during the night. Would definitely recommend!

It was beyond our expectations! The staff was super helpful and friendly, they provided us with a better room than we actually booked (the one with a balcony). The room had a water cooler and a kettle, there were coffee, sugar and creamer, they also provided 2 bottles of cool water additionally. The AC worked well, there also was a hair dryer. The room was spacious, as well as the balcony and the bathroom, and it was very clean. They also served us breakfast even though it wasn’t included in the Booking reservation. Great value for its money! If we ever go to Gili Trawangan again, we will be definitely staying here again.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, but honestly it wasn’t a big deal

Really lovely hotel. Nice spacious room. Close to the Main Street. Lovely staff.

Electric went out for a few hours on the island which obviously can’t be helped but the hotel doesn’t have a back up generator so it was extremely hot in the room (I was unwell so unable to leave the room)
