+ Excellent communication from Alla before and during our stay, including advice on parking and local restaurant recommendations. She was so kind and accommodating of our requests and questions. + Very central location in Marina di Pisa, just a short walk from all the waterfront bars and restaurants. + Lovely sea view, across the street, from our bedroom window. + Roadside parking available just outside the apartment, which was very convenient. Alla advised us on where to park for free and met us on our arrival. + Room was simple but more than satisfactory for our short 1 night stay. Nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. + We liked the small communal garden at the back of the B&B, enjoyed our own drinks and snacks here before we headed out for the evening. + Useful to have access to the small fridge in the lobby.

Nothing specific - the room more than met our needs for a short 1 night stay before our flight home from Pisa the next morning. While we appreciated the communal fridge in the B&B lobby, a small fridge in the room for our drinks would have been even better.

Ospite gentile e disponibile. Camera di buone dimensioni e ottima posizione.

Letto non molto comodo e lavandino del bagno piccolissimo. Prima di prenotare ricordarsi che non c'è aria condizionata. È segnalato ma può sfuggire. Comunque la camera era relativamente fresca ed è disponibile un ventilatore.

Perfect location, in a quiet area very close to the coast. Hostess, Alla, was very welcoming and nice! Cafe around the corner was a lovely recommendation from Alla (breakfast was included).

There was no aircon/fan but we were lucky it wasn't extremely hot when we visited.
