good location, everything is within walking distance

it was quiet in May at Marina di Pisa. The room was basic, clean and comfortable. A stone's throw from the promenade and beach.

The location is very close to the seaside, tens of metres. The room is large and clean. The host is very friendly.

The room and bathroom are in the underground with respect to the main street level. The windows face the base of the pedestrian platform so from the window you see the legs of people passing by and they can look into your room. There is no privacy. The windows are high and to open them you need to step on a chair. There was no air conditioning (therefore you need to open the windows) and lots of mosquitos but no mosquito net (there were more mosquitos in the bedroom and garden than outside in the main streets). If animals pass by in the streets they can enter the room. The same for the bathroom: to open the window (necessary because there is no ventilation) I needed to climb on a chair and there was o mosquito net to stop anything to enter the bathroom from the street pavement if the window was open. I think it should be written in the description and the price per room should be lowered because these cost requested is for 3 star hotel.

Right across the street from the beach. Lots of good restaurants also near by. Free parking is also possible. The facility itself is nice and basic. Our room even had a view of the sea!
