Sunset House

Apartamentul este mare,confortabil, dotat cu toate ce ai nevoie.Are o panorama frumoasă spre dealurile cu lămâi și măslini,iar cireașa de pe tort,este panorama excelenta spre insula Capri.Pat cu saltea confortabilă,așternuturi de calitate,curate,frumos mirositoare.Totul este nou,bine întreținut.Clima și cu funcție de încălzire, dacă ai nevoie. Bucătărie dotată cu tot ce dorești să poți găti,cuptor, aragaz. Dressing bine proiectat și dotat,cu seif pt valori,masa de calcat,paturi pliante auxiliare,și alte accesorii,masina de spălat rufe,pe terasa sarma de uscat rufe. Tony,Giusy și Luigi te așteaptă cu drag și te sfătuiesc in toate chestiunile pe care le soliciți.Tony vorbește engleza bine. Parcare , într-o curte comuna,cu poarta automata de acces.Vei primi telecomanda pt folosirea acesteia și locul arondat apartamentului în care locuiești.Giusy și Luigi ,nora și copilul lui Tony,locuiesc lângă apartament,într-un apartament similar. Terasa are o masa cu 4 scaune de plastic,pe care poți bea cafeaua,fuma,manca și admira priveliștea,iar în depărtare insula Capri. Nu se fumează înăuntru ci doar afara și asta e foarte bine.

Accesul spre proprietate este un pic problematic.Daca vii cu autobuzul,trebuie sa cari bagajele în mâini 120 m,de la sosea.Eu am închiriat o mașină,dar mașină mică,un Fiat Panda.Alta mai mare nu încape.Gangul de acces ,trebuie parcurs încet și cu grijă fiind strâmt și are cam 60 m.

Tony ist ein außerordentlich netter Gastgeber, der uns herzlich empfangen und uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt hat. Die ganze Familie hat sich sehr um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert und die Kommunikation war überaus gut. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie hat eine Heizung, die wir Anfang April gerne genutzt haben. Die großen Fenster bieten wunderschöne Ausblicke ins Hinterland und auf die Insel Capri. Alle Fenster sind mit Rolläden ausgestattet. Die Terrasse war für uns ein toller Platz zum Frühstücken in der Sonne. Zum Wandern in der wunderschönen Gegend ist diese Wohnung gut gelegen. Wir hatten kein Auto und kamen mit dem Bus überall problemlos hin.

Departamento muy limpio y cómodo, con todo lo necesario para pasar una excelente estadía. Además Tony y su familia son encantadores y nos hicieron sentir como en casa.

Perfect hosts, perfect accommodation and a perfect location. The hosts were welcoming and provided so much help and information to ensure we got the most from our holiday. The apartment was super clean and further cleaned 3 times when we were there. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything you would need and a lovely welcome pack was left in the kitchen, including home-made limoncello. If driving, you do need a small car to access the free car parking, I had a Peugeot 208 which fitted perfectly. Sorrento 15 minutes, Amalfi coastal drive 15 minutes. Good local supermarkets to stock up and plenty of restaurants and cafes close by, and all recommended by Giusy, Tony and Maria. And to top it all, the beautiful view of Capri every day from the 3 Juliet balconies and sun deck.

Could not find any faults at all. Perfect.

Apartamento muy acogedor con todas las necesidades, muy bonito, cuidado y muy muy limpio. El área y las vistas son espectaculares, desde la terraza y la habitación se puede ver Capri. El anfitrión, Tony, nos hizo sentir como en casa, nos dejó varios detalles y nos aconsejó muy bien sobre lugares de interés. Recomiendo sin duda este apartamento a quienes estén valorando visitar la zona.

We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen. Giusy, Tony en Maria waren heel aardig, behulpzaam en gaven tips voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Tevens een hele handige tip voor de shuttle bus naar de luchthaven. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en we genoten iedere avond van de zonsondergang. Ter plekke hebben we vooral gereisd met de bus, was goed te doen maar een scooter of auto zou nog beter zijn.

L'appartamento è molto bello, ristrutturato a nuovo, ben arredato e fornito veramente di tutto ciò che può servire, dal bagno alla cucina.. È dotato di un bellissimo terrazzo per momenti di relax oppure per pranzare godendosi la vista mare e l'affascinante isola di Capri. A pochi metri dall'alloggio c'è la fermata dell'autobus per chi non vuole usare la macchina per spostarsi. Oppure con l'auto in 3/4 minuti si arriva al centro di Massa Lubrense (nei pressi c'è un grande parcheggio gratuito) da dove parte un bus ogni 20 minuti che vi porta a Sorrento con soli 1,5 euro. Credo che la posizione dell'appartamento sia veramente ideale per potersi muovere e raggiungere qualsiasi località di interesse come Positano o Amalfi. Un ringraziamento a Giusy, host brillante e preparata, che ha saputo consigliarci al meglio su ristoranti e trattorie non solo a Massa e dintorni ma anche a Sorrento. Un ringraziamento particolare ai genitori di Giusy, il signor Tony e la Sig.ra Maria, persone veramente fantastiche, molto cordiali che hanno fatto dell'ospitalità un'arte. Sempre disponibili, con la loro esperienza e conoscenza del territorio, hanno saputo consigliarci al meglio su tanti posti da visitare e su come raggiungere punti panoramici della penisola veramente spettacolari. Non possiamo che consigliare a tutti Sunset House, un posto meraviglioso per chi ama il relax, la natura, il mare e gli splendidi panorami della costiera. Ma anche per chi ama i posti un po più "affollati" data la posizione strategica di Sunset House Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Nulla che meriti una segnalazione.

Casa perfetta per le vacanze con tutti i confort Giusy e i genitori Tonino e Maria sono delle persone veramente accoglienti, bravissime e simpaticissime. Ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per raggiungere i posti di mare e consigliato ristoranti, trattorie, pizzerie, caseifici per gustare la cucina tipica del luogo. Vi ringraziamo per averci fatto passare questo soggiorno estivo nel migliore dei modi, grazie mille. Lo consiglio a tutti non ve ne pentirete. Un abbraccio da Alberto e Emanuela.

We enjoyed having breakfast on the large terrace with nice views of nearby Capri. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is central for trips to the Amalfi Coast, to Sorrentino or to Capri. We specifically liked the modern interior and the spotless cleanliness of the apartment.

It is not easy to find the location. Navigating the address with Google Maps or Apple Streets gets you into close vincinity, but the precise location is not shown correctly by neither app.I added the precise location as screenprint in the photo section.
