"Perfect"

Everything was perfect! The host was very nice and helpful in giving us tips on excursions. Breakfast was super nice! The rooms where super nice! The host was super nice! We would definitely come back! And recommend this to everyone! Only a couple of minutes from city centre and beach with car!

Cadre idyllique, avec jardin magnifique, des chambres soignées avec goût et délicatesse. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable avec des gâteaux faits maison à tomber! Alessandro est un hôte tres accueillant, aux petits soins , convivial et de très bon conseil! En bref, une adresse qui mérite le détour et qui donne envie d'y revenir!!

"Brilliant, best value for money!"

In many ways better than 5-star hotels! Alessandro created an atmosphere with style, taste, warmth and utmost professionalism. Every detail is perfect in the room - we had room 1 - and around the house. Clean, private, great comfort of bed and bathroom (fluffy high quality towels for example), daily replenished coffee capsules in the room, and a bonbon on the bedside tables. Huge tv, strong wifi, cleanliness at its peak. Breakfast is superb in quality and choice, we spent 4 nights here and every breakfast had something different, new vs the day before. Alessandro, the owner is the kind of guy you'd be glad to have around as a friend or even just as a neighbour - polite, smiling, respectful and very helpful (a full day trip on pdf from him just as a courtesy). Highly recommended for all!

Colazione fantastica con prodotti freschi, dolci fatti in casa, grande proposta anche per il salato, il tutto molto curato e ben presentato. Ho trovato la posizione strategica in quanto al di fuori del caos del centro e al tempo stesso facilmente raggiungibile.

Mi è piaciuta ogni cosa.

La struttura è i una posizione perfetta a pochi minuti da Sestri Levante. Silenziosa e perfettamente pulita, fornita di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno di relax. Colazione ricca di dolce e salato. L'host è gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza.
