A great stay, made to feel very welcome by the lovely host, Deborah, and a very good breakfast to see us on our way.

Misleading advert - view of lake is across a very busy man road Traffic noise Uncomfortable Bed Fruit at breakfast was stale

Very clean and comfortable . Ideal location . Debbie learnt our names on the first day and made us feel very welcome and valued

Really glad I managed to get a room at ivy Hall it is a great BB everything about it was great the room was great the shower was great the bed really comfortable breakfast was excellent. the location is great local bus route and close to ferry port nice pub restaurant just outside the property great value for money. And the host Debbie was amazing very friendly makes you feel really welcome. Really enjoyed my stay at Ivy Hall and definitely be going back there soon thanks Debbie for you're hospitality.. 💯 👍

Deborah was an excellent host. Nice to chat with and willing to offer suggestions on things to do or getting around the island

We stayed in the Jr suite which was very spacious. The only thing I could suggest with all that room would be to put a larger bed in the room.

Nice cooked breakfast and also cereal and yoghurt. Very nice. Fridge in the room. Lovely large room. Outlook to a lake was lovely

Double bed not queen size

This was our second stay at Ivy Hall and we cannot rate it highly enough. Everything was fantastic, Deborah was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return next year
