This place was absolutely fabulous! Spotlessly clean, modern, and wonderfully cozy. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It also had a lovely terrace. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, delicious, and authentically Italian, with coffee that was simply outstanding. Federica and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The facilities were just perfect: a charming pool with sunbeds, surrounded by lush greenery and meticulously maintained grounds. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

Everything! Wow, what a stunning house and the hosts are amazing. We didn’t want to leave. We arrived with a car and Harley on a trailer. The parking was through electric gates and plenty of room to park and manoeuvre. Room was beautifully decorated, modern with a touch of old Italian style. It was right by Europe’s largest McArthur Glen designer outlet if that’s your thing. Every high end designer you can think of! The hosts were amazing, breakfast was outstanding. We felt like we were part of the family! The property was amazing. We travel through Italy every year and this will be a definite regular. I have tried to replicate the stay in other parts of Italy as we travel south but I can’t find anything like it. I live in Cornwall which I love but if they asked me to trade places, I would do it in a heartbeat!

Cozy and quiet

Federica was an exceptional host, very nice and polite, and she gave us a lot of information what to do in the region, where to eat and what to visit. The breakfast was tasty and the entire place was very well taken care of and clean. Would definitely recommend!

The town itself, Arquata Scrivia, is not the greatest place in Italy and you need a car to get around. If that is not bothering you, I would highly recommend. There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

We stayed here for the second year in a row. An extremely beautiful place!
