The owner is friendly, its nice to talk with him. The area is amazing, the accommodation is located higher up, further away from everything, very quiet, absolutely relaxing. Restaurant and supermarket a few minutes' drive away. Approach on a winding road, full of serpentines with a great view.

No reason to complain

the place is wonderful. beautiful view onto the hills. unfortunately this period was not the best for the restaurants, even a few of the recommended ones were fails, so we had to keep searching, but finally we found the best. merloni! the host is very kind, rather fond of Bologna! i can understand why! walking down to and up from the "downtown" is a bliss.

the breakfast was rather rich, lacking eggs. this is a common feature in Italy, i am happy when i find eggs for breakfast. the shower in the bathroom was hard to handle, it took some minutes to turn it : )

Incredible nature. The host made us feel at home. A very comfortable accommodation with attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Great location and a great mountain view. Our host Moreno was welcoming and lovely. The breakfast was delicious and full of fresh local specialities.
