Beautiful house and good service

Extremely good. Very friendly. A great breakfast.

Sadly, no check out policy that I knew of, so no where to drop the key off. The first night there was no quilt cover. On checking in I had to call for assistance, but once she came I was very much cared for, even booking a nearby restaurant for me. Superb. I recommend this B&B!

Beautiful room near the old town of the city. We liked very much the breakfast! It was nice that it had sour options comparing to other hotels that have only sweet. Many fruits also! 😍 Thank you!

I stayed in the hotel on my hiking route around Bari. The check-in was easy, the room is stylish and well equipped while the bathroom may be a bit tiny for a big person. The sleep was tight and the breakfast was delicious

- The kindness of the staff - the room was decorated with taste, and it was very spacious - the breakfast, NOT at Al Borgo but at Il Grifone B&B, was amazingly delicious, in a lovely, small room (get there early).

- We hadn't anticipated that we need to call before our arrival, and were left to wait in front of the door for the check in. 10 min with a sleepy 15kg toddler in the arms, these minutes are very long ;) - The room only had one exit, directly onto the street. - No window - Not located in the same location as the main B&B, a short walk away between Il Grifo and Al Borgo, - Raunchy smell in the room (humidity?), even stronger in the bathroom. - uncomfortable mattress. - We found a nail clip on the floor, shower not very clean, dust on the clothes shelves. All a pity as the room was very large and beautifully decorated.
