The host was welcoming warm and friendly nothing was to much for Kay,went out her way to make sure our stay was excellent.

Breakfast excellent. Location delightful. It is down a narrow Devon lane. It is easily missed. A slightly larger sign at the roadside would help.

The room, the breakfasts, and the hosts were all excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay. (Just avoid Down Lane if Google sends you that way. It's a very damaged road.)

Super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Could not do enough to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Little treats..chocs on pillow Freash Shortbread each day. Excellent breakfast Garden is beautiful and view amazing

Didn't manage to see the horses as they were in the otherside of the field.

Beautiful location with exceptional hospitality. Kay and Dave were lovely hosts who made us feel so welcome. We had such a fantastic time meeting them and their lovely dogs too. Breakfast was wonderful with so much on offer. Would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing break. Slept so well, as it’s so peaceful, with one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. Thank you so much, and wish we could have stayed longer.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property 10/10.
