GBCouldn’t praise this little place more if I wanted. If you are looking for a charming and personalised stay, then this is for you. Franco, the owner, could not have been more welcoming and helped us with simply everything.
A fan or a small AC unit in the kitchen would be appreciated

GBEverything is amazing, clean, the owner is such an angel. He’s done the check-in at 4 am, as our flight had to be diverted to Rome and we got in Loreto Aprutino 6 hours delayed. Franco (the owner) was such a sweetheart and helped us to get to the property, and kept messaging us asking if everything was ok. I’m amazed and recommend the B&B to everyone, absolutely great

USIl Lauro is in the heart of the quiet centro storico but close to the more modern Loreto Aprutino town center for restaurants, bars, etc. Absolutely fantastic host, Franco, gave us all the advice we needed about the area and in addition to a well stocked kitchen, he brought us wonderful fresh baked pastries every morning we were there. Very convenient, free parking a stone’s throw from the property.
USFranco was the best part of all of it. Lovely, kind man who went out of his way to help us when we were lost and couldn't find the hotel.
They couldn't provide breakfast because of covid restrictions, but they gave us a voucher to a local cafe. Would have preferred the comfort of staying at the B&B. Could also have offered some water or snacks. Other places we stay during our 3 weeks in Italy provided some things like that.
USFranco the proprietor was so kind- he went above and.beyond to make us feel welcome! He personally came and retrieved us when we got lost...and treated us to wonderful items from the local bakery (yum).
