Helpful and friendly staff - rooms were fabulous.

The owner is charming, helpful and very welcoming. The property is beautiful and very centrally situated. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Excellent B&B in centuries old property with comfortable rooms, decorated in contemporary style. Expertly cooked and tasty breakfast and very welcoming hosts. Small courtyard for parking and sitting outside. Property serves as cafe/restaurant during the day. Owners don't stay on site, as only small number of rooms. Antiques and bric a brac available for sale.

Location was good. Very quaint village

Room was close to road/busy pedestrian walk way. Some late night outside noise

The bedding and towels and bedroom were all of a high standard. I had a comfortable and I undisturbed night’s sleep.

The plug of the TV was not in its socket properly so it seemed it wasn’t working (sorry to have bothered you Mac!) The shower controls didn’t warm the water up to have a comfortable shower. The body lotion had a disagreeable smell. The bathroom was very cold as the radiator had not been turned on at all as opposed to the bedroom which was if anything too hot on arrival. I booked with booking.com on my phone which excluded the fact that breakfast was not included in the price. This is not at all the fault of No 3 though.

Beautiful room with great coffee, great location too

Gorgeous period property, fab cafe downstairs . Room was spacious and very clean. Bed very comfy ! Lovely decor and perfect location Lovely hosts , fabulous breakfast!
