Needed to be close to family, and this was the perfect location. Felt safe, all staff were extremely friendly and rooms were modern and very clean and comfortable. Reception were very responsive to questions via booking.com and very attentive to our needs whilst we were there. Will definitely stay here again.

"Service was dismal. Still have not received apology for bad service!"

We were not able to enter the property after we went out for the night. We were not give a key for the driveway gate and no one was there to let us in. When we called the receptionist she just said can’t get hold of the security guard to let us in. No for th we assistance was provided. Service was terrible. No apologies were given.

"The best place to stay in Durban!"

Our entire stay was fun, relaxing, and very homely _ all the comforts of home. Dalky and Vis welcomed us so warmly and were very accomodating. Thank you for your professional yet kind nature. 🤗 My family and I will definitely visit again. 🙏

The place was super clean which i appreciated

The biggest thing i need is a comfortable bed and mine was not unfortunately, it was so hard so I did not get any sleep. I also expect a shower cap in the bathroom
