The property was spacious, very comfortable and clean. Very well looked after

We loved everything at Rex & Glenda's house. The hosts were super friendly and they made our stay memorable. Right through our stay, we felt as if we were staying with a friend or a relative. Glenda gave us good advice about local cafes and restaurants and even baked her special muffins for us. Rex volunteered to take us to the cricket ground, but we decided to walk because the distance is about 500 metres. Location wise, you cannot beat this house which is just 100 metres from Mount Maunganui's main street and also the beach. Will definitely stay here if we were to visit MM again.

Great location within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, beach, Mt. Everything we needed was there. Loved the breakfast selection and the added personal touches. Glenda and Rex were the perfect hosts. This was our second visit and we would be more than happy to stay again.

Spotlessly clean and very lovely hosts

The breakfast was lovely. Muesli with yoghurt, fresh fruit and coffee (we could have had homemade preserves with toast also). Perfect location. Such a comfy bed. Highly recommended.

The location was very central. The hosts were very helpful and are a genuine honest couple. They have become friends.

I liked it all.

Clean tidy and warm. And private. Amazing continental breakfast spread. Coffee machine. Close to our function so we were able to walk there. Safe area.
