"Handy location and comfortable for a work trip."

Very handy location, off street parking a bonus, continental breakfast, quiet location.

WiFi was really slow for some reason so used my own data instead I couldn't find the instant coffee, perhaps it was there but i couldn't find it. A small microwave would be super handy for warming up food/milk.

Thank you for making my son so welcome. Excellent hosts. Responded very quickly to questions. The bed was super comfy. Fantastic location from airport, beach and the mount. Thank you again. Highly recommend

The location is amazing and the neighbourhood is lovely. Walk distance to the downtown area with lots of cafes and shops. 20mins walk to Mount Maunganui, and the beach was even closer. The room is awesome with everything I need for a short trip. The hosts were very easy to communicate with by phone. If thats not enough, the super smoochy cat Tinker Bell would welcome you on arrival and melt your heart in a second. Thank you very much I really enjoyed my stay.

The first night I could hear noise from the harbour with all my windows shut, but it was totally peaceful and quiet for the following two nights. Most of the time the wifi didn't exist, but I guess it was a good thing for me as I needed some time for myself during the trip.
