We absolutely loved our stay at A Whale of a View Bed and Breakfast in Plettenberg Bay. The location is perfect – quiet and peaceful, yet only a short drive to the town center and all main attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and she provided us with amazing tips for activities and restaurants in the area, which made our stay even more special. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with a fantastic view of the ocean. Waking up to that view was a dream! Breakfast was prepared with so much love and care and served on the balcony overlooking the sea – fresh croissants, fruit with yogurt, and a delicious English breakfast. Everything was just perfect. Safe parking inside the courtyard was another big plus and made us feel very secure. We would definitely stay here again – thank you for a wonderful experience!

"Goed verblijf in Plettenbergbaai"

Ruime kamer met veel faciliteiten. Zwembad mogelijkhejd. Inga kan veel voor je regelen in en rond Plettenbergbaai.

Bestek en kopjes in de keuken waren helaas niet schoon. Niet perse negatief bedoelt, maar de inrichting voelde voor ons kitscherig. Dat is smaak.

"Sweet Stopover"

Had a lovely stay with Inga, who was incredibly accommodating from the get-go and even arranged for some discounted activities before we checked in. We upgraded to a slightly bigger room which included amenities like a fridge and coffee station and was very comfortably sized for our two-night stay. While we didn't get a sea-view room, we very much enjoyed the garden and the furry co-hosts. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a comfortable overnight stay as we were out and about during the day.
