"Úžasný klidný relax"

Krásná poloha přímo u parku,útulný pokoj s možností uvaření čaje a malá lednice k dispozici. Sauna volná a příjemně horká , pejsek nebyl problém. Špičkové snídaně. Parkování auta hned u hotelu.

Pružinové příliš měkké matrace. Plíseň ve sprchovém koutu.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, przyjemne pokoje, obfite i bardzo smaczne posiłki a przede wszystkim doskonała obsługa- Pani Natalia jest niezastąpiona, to dobry duszek obiektu. Już myślimy o kolejnym pobycie. Pozdrawiamy

"Nie polecam tej placówki."

Śniadania różnorodne, smaczne. Czasami trzeba było czekać na stolik. Generalnie ok.

Pobyt 6 dniowy, Wykupione dwa pokoje 21 m2, otrzymaliśmy pokoiki 14-15 m2 (pokój 11 i 12). Zdjęcia wystawiane na Booking.com są inne niż w rzeczywistości. Reklamacja w Recepcji nic nie dała, z opcją, że możemy się wymeldować! Na Booking.com nie proponują takich małych pokoi. Są to nieuczciwe praktyki. Sprzątanie miało być co dwa dni, a nie było. Dopiero interwencja spowodowała posprzątanie naszych pokoi. Paragraf 7, punkt 2 regulaminu mówi, że miejsce postojowe jest bezpłatne. A w punkcie 8, że jest opłata za postój. Co jest sprzeczne ze sobą. A opłata wynosiła 20 zł. za dobę.
