Bien placé, logement propre, pas cher, avec commerces à proximité, accès à un espace extérieur, propriétaires disponibles et agréables, renouvellement des serviettes des toilettes en milieu de séjour, climatisation appréciée.

Poêle beaucoup trop petite pour cuisinier pour 4 personnes.
