"Catastrophique et comportement malhonnête car les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la realité"

Presence d'un cafard dès le premier jour, cheveux par terre, rideaux déchirés et sales, nombreux trous dans le mur, stores et fenêtres sales et très vieilles, pas d'éclairage dans l'entrée. Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la realité. J'ai passé seulement 2 nuits au lieu de 10 car nous n'étions plus en confiance. Le propriétaire nous a proposé de changer de chambre mais l'autre chambre était dans le même état. Lorsque nous avons demandé un remboursement le propriétaire a refusé en pretextant que la présence d'un cafard était notre problème et pas le sien.
