Buona posizione tra Civitavecchia e Fiumicino, camera accogliente anche troppo riscaldata.Ottima e abbondante la colazione.

Manca di insonorizzazione, il traffico si sente fino a tarda notte

Excelente atención de Massimiliano, tanto a la hora de nuestra llegada como su disposición a prepararnos el desayuno más temprano porque debíamos irnos al aeropuerto antes del horario habitual. La casa es muy linda, más linda que en las fotos y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Tiene un espacio para desayunar que es una belleza, todo vidriado y con una delicada decoración. La cama super cómoda, el baño excelente y el desayuno variando y abundante. Es una gran opción. Fuimos como última parada antes del aeropuerto de Roma que está a 45 minutos. Volveríamos!

Idéalement placé car très facile d'accès avec stationnement, restaurants commerces proches et à rien du bord de mer à pieds cet établissement calme et très propre, aussi magnifique que surprenant (style Art Déco) est un véritable enchantement. Autre belle surprise le petit déjeuner (qui ne l'ai pas) est somptueux et de surcroit servi sur un chariot roulant mais le must reste le très souriant gérant Massimiliano d'une extreme douceur et gentillesse qui a la classe de parler un peu français. Ravis, Villino Emanuele les yeux fermés...

Massimiliano the host was a very lovely generous person we enjoyed our off season stay in a charming Villa. Breakfast was fabulous The Villa is very cozy, elegant and inviting.

We selected Villino Emanuele for its location: short drive next day to FCO after 2 weeks in Toscana & for its stellar reviews. This charmer exceeded our high expectations in every way. Maximiliano welcomed us with genuine warmth & hospitality to his home. He occupies the 1st floor of this beautiful historic villa. Santa Marinella is a charming well-appointed town north of Rome. We walked the neighborhood along the seaside pedestrian path in the evening & next morning before our departure. Parking was free & plentiful on the side street, Via Cavour. Also found a terrific tiny deli that provided us with tasty to go pizza for our dinner: Valdambrini on Via Punico a short walk from the villa. We loved the place so much we bought paninis to pack for our drive to FCO the next morning. Mille grazie Maximiliano! Jayne & Tim
