PHAUOverall good value for a budget accommodation, the area and hotel is quiet so I slept well. I didn’t realize how far the accommodation was from most things but overall it’s walkable.
There were problems with the water tank so our toilet didn’t flush, ended up happening four times which was uncomfortable. And the water pressure from the shower was just a drip sometimes so we found it was easier to use the bucket. It’s just a bit dated but for the price it’s good.

Regarding the facilities and amenities, I suggest that it would be better if the establishment had provided at least an electric kettle in the room since it is important to have hot water in the morning and evening for coffee or milk rather than going down to the lobby and getting hot water which was hassle.
