Mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. Dall accoglienza del mio arrivo. Ruben una persona gentilissima e a modo,si vede che ama proprio il suo lavoro. A nemmeno 100 metri una spiaggia stupenda. In quanto pulizia super pulita e profumata e dotata di tutti i confort ci ritornero' sicuramente . Consigliatissimo.

The apartment was in perfect condition, just 2 min walk from the beach. The breakfast you get it in an amazing cafe/restaurant at the beach. The host is super nice and predisposed to help at any time even though nothing was needed he was there every day to make sure nothing was missing for us. Super recommended

There was nothing wrong about this place. Amazing location close to the beach which is almost a private beach in a regular day. The city of Porto cesareo is just 10min by car, where you can have dinner and walk through the lovely city center. Definitely coming back to this place

Struttura bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e con una pulizia davvero perfetta. Ci siamo trovati benissimo durante tutta la settimana. Il vero valore aggiunto è il proprietario, Ruben: una persona estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a dare il consiglio giusto per ogni occasione. Grazie di cuore, abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza! Torneremo sicuramente.

Es war grandios! Ruben hat sich immer wieder gemeldet, Zimmerservice (alle 3 Tage) wurde mit Zeitfenster angemeldet. Er hat uns Informationen geschickt: Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, etc. Wir waren Ende Mai 20226 da. Im Erdgeschoss ein Doppel- und Dreibettzimmer. Im Terassenbereich gab es zu jeder Tageszeit Schattenbereiche. Die Zimmer wurden vor 10 Jahren modernisiert. Wir haben geschätzt erst vor 3-5 Jahren, weil bis auf kleinste Ausnahmen alles sehr neuwertig gewirkt hat. Bis zum Strand sind es keine 100 Meter. Auf dem Weg zum Strand befindet sich die Bar/Restaurant "Da Rocko". Bei Ankunft liegen Frühstücksgutscheine fürs "Da Rocko" bereit: Pro Person einen Kaffee nach Wahl plus 1 süßes Teilchen. Gegen Aufpreis kann man dort aber auch ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück bekommen. Fr/Sa/So wird dort auch Pizza angeboten: SEHR lecker! An allen Tagen alles von der Speisekarte. Preise an der Strandbar etwas höher, als anderswo, ansonsten tendenziell aber aber sehr günstig - da Süditalien. Ruben ist für Fragen oder Wünsche immer da, war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Ein Aschenbecher hat uns gefehlt. Der Kühlschrank hatte kein Eisfach und kühlt 'nur' auf 10 bis 15 Grad herunter. Zudem ist er sehr klein.

Der Gastgeber Ruben, war spitze! -Sehr Nett und immer hilfsbereit -Sehr Sauber und regelmäßig Sauber gemacht. - Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt - Preisleistung unschlagbar!

Il proprietario è molto accogliente e amabile e l'appartamento è bellissimo

Ottima posizione per esplorare la penisola della Strea e dintorni. Buona la sistemazione con camera ordinata , pulita e dotata di ampio patio esterno. La gentilezza di Ruben, il proprietario, è sicuramente il valore aggiunto che ha reso ancora più bello il nostro soggiorno. Ci ritorneremo!
