Beautiful setting amongst the stone pines with a lovely view of mountains and sea. Very helpful and considerate hosts. Great breakfast! A 15 minute drive to Santa Maria la Bruna station for a 30 minute journey into Naples.

The house is only accessible via a 1km long narrow lane that is only one car width. If you meet someone coming the other way, one of you has to back up a fair way to the closest driveway.

This was a great place to stay. Our large room with balcony was perfect, with lovely views of the gardens and Sorrento Bay. Giovanni and his wife were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Even collecting us from the train station nearby each day after our site seeing adventures. The breakfast was also lovely, with fresh bread and pastries delivered to our room each morning.

It’s a gem, ones you in , you don’t want leave, 1930 house restored without touching the original style. Very clean .

Unfortunately the street from the main road to the property is little narrow and there is a couple of fly tipping spot. No fault of the property but uncivilised people around

We love this place. It is an old italian Villa with a garden with trees. Very calm accommodation. The hosts are great. We could choose what breakfast we want and we went for the lokal pastry, fantastic! It is very clean. Bathroom ist very clean and comfortable. Vesuvius and Pompeji are very near by car. You can park in the garden of the villa. The host can provide you with the best instructions, don't trust Google maps, it shows a much longer way to the villa. The perfect place to relax with a glas of good italian wine on the balcony.

Wonderful villa, very bright, comfortable and clean rooms. The host is super helpful and anticipating any needs. Tips: 1) ask for local pastries for breakfast, those are a treat! 2) pay attention to the certificates on the walls - those are in recognition of remarkable family members.

Difficult road to drive with a large car in the last 200-300 meters but still manageable.

Very special place, not like any other, huge property, very close to Pompei and Vesuvius and Napoli. Hospitality of owners were great

It was not easy to find, best to contact owners ahead of time you are coming through whatsup.
