There is ants protruding underground the tiles, all my left over food was full of this ants that I have to throw the food.

I liked that they accommodated us, and even open the gate after hours we came back late and the receptionist was waiting. Bed and bedding was clean and comfortable

Parking too small. We would have preferred space outside but I understand . We weren’t given options for breakfast and dinner which were included in our standard rate regardless of our 07:00 check out. The water from the shower was dripping . There’s a bright light from the pool which shone right to our room making it difficult to sleep.

It was cozy, the staff was nice and considering I booked economy, it was comfortable.

Too many rules pertaining to keeping their linen clean, which should be their job, and the fact that they inspect the sheets before you leave, I found that disrespectful

Review: Our experience with this booking was highly disappointing. When we initially contacted the establishment, we made it clear that we needed a room for three people. The receptionist repeatedly assured us that such a room was available for R600, which we paid in advance. However, upon arrival, the receptionist immediately admitted to making a mistake. With her boss present, she revealed that she had sent a last-minute message informing us that there was no 3-sharing room and insisted we book an additional room for another R600. We refused this arrangement and demanded clarification. She eventually admitted that she had booked us into a R450 room despite charging us R600. We insisted on being moved to the R600 room we originally paid for and paid the additional R450 for the extra room. This incident gave the impression that the receptionist was trying to make a shady deal, only for her plans to unravel when her boss intervened. This unprofessionalism caused us to spend more than we budgeted, which left a sour taste in our mouths. Management should seriously consider better training for staff to avoid such dishonest and chaotic situations.
