Friendly staff I really enjoyed my visit.

On arrival after producing my proof of booking and payment the staff were not expecting us and did not hand over the keys. We eventually left and lost all money paid for accommodation and we never even got to see the rooms we paid for. Just a heads up that it's a house that's shared with other people.

Room was so spacious

Kitchen was filthy, sharing toilet and bathroom with other guests,

Zipho is very friendly and the place is clean

The facilities shown on booking.com were not on site, I booked 2 double beds yet there was one double bed and one single bed, the air conditioning was not working, balcony wasn't there yet it they said it there and the person I called for directions was rude

Yes but what's in the pictures is not what u find thre most of them

There was a swimming pool so that was okay

It's like a house with rooms
