Villa vicino Napoli

There was not much we liked during our stay.

It was honestly one of the most uncomfortable stays I experienced. The owner lives in the house and gave us very poorly translated rules of the house that did not give us much freedom (rule of no food in the breakfast room - we figured except for breakfast time but that was not clear at all, no food in our own rooms, calling the owner directly each time we come in the evening so he can open the gate). We were also kicked out of a hall where we played a board game (with no food involved) which was not specified in the rules as forbidden. The breakfast was a disaster too - it should not be sold as breakfast included. We felt like being watched by the owner at all times. We also saw a mouse in the house to which the owner responded with disbelief as if accusing me of lying to him. The wifi was horrible, only working sometimes and very poorly. Also, there was a very poor mobile service which did not add to our feeling of security.

Ottima location, pulito, accogliente. Hanno saputo soddisfare ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo.

Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber.

Die Lage ist für eine alleinereisende Mutter mir Kind nicht adäquat. Viel zu abgelegend und unsicher. Kein Ansprechpartner da, sondern nur eine Telefonnummer.

Store lyse værelser. Flinkt personale. Lækker pool.

Afstanden til alt. Hvis man skal bo på stedet kræver det man har bil ( kommentar fra værten). Det stod der ikke noget om på Booking.coms hjemmeside. Værterne var meget søde til at forsøge at hjælpe os.. Taxa nægtede dog at hente os så langt ude. Så vores ferie blev ødelagt. vi måtte gå langt for at få mad i et supermarked.Der var ingen restauranter i nærheden, så vi fik ikke aftensmad hver dag.Der var 1,5 km til offentlig transport og det samme op sd bjerget tilage igen. Stedet var rigtig lækkert, men det burde havde stået på hjemmesiden at det krævede bil.

Very nice interior design, this is really very strong side of this place. Swimming pool also very nice.

Breakfasts - this was disappointing. I have never experienced something like this. Breakfast was only toast bread, jam, and eggs we had to make ourselves. First day there was a small white spread cheese but only one and never had it again. When I texted the owner asking for some vegetables, he just ignored us with no reply. Last day, we had to ask for bread because nobody bothered to check if we had enough. We asked for more eggs and again no reply. Every day, we had counted paper plates and cups. Cutlery - wooden. This was really off when you looked around and saw nice designed interior. Also, no fridge for guests to store their drinks or food. We asked the owner for iron, but he said they don't have this option, but every day, we were passing the laundry room where we saw the iron board and two irons. Other day my girlfriend asked owner's wife for iron again and she was not happy to let her use it but eventually we got allowed to use laundry room but owner was rushing my girlfriend to finish quickly and was standing beside and after few minutes rushing again and again. What we experienced in Italy is that Italian people need to learn a lot about how to treat their guests and customers as we found an unpleasant and disrespectful attitude many times. Last day when leaving location couldn't find the owner. After we left, I texted the owner to say goodbye, but he didn't bother to reply again.

The listing on booking.com was not correct. The pool was empty, no water. The breakfast that was listed as fruits, cereals, pastries was not provided. The airport transfers not available. The patio and terrace unkept. The bed linen stains on the covers The room dark dingy. The property was the owners home with rooms he rents out not a hotel. No other guests just owner and grown son and me and my daughter this was a very uncomfortable situation. When I aired my concerns about the issues above the owner did not offer to fill the pool or provide the breakfast listed. Very remote no local facilities WiFi so poor that we could not book our flights home or make calls that didn’t cut out. We arrived at 11 am and left at 1.30 pm the same day. The owner refused our full refund even tho we did not stay and he is aware that he mislead us. Booking.com would not compensate us. We have only been offered £307 refund that we still haven’t received. With flights and transfers etc we are out of pocket around £1100.00! And had no holiday.

That the listing was incorrect and the facilities listed not provided. The listing was altered after we booked and booking.com did nothing to compensate us.
