Lovely spacious room, great pool, good breakfast, Elisa is very welcoming, 5 mins walk to lakeside where there is a lovely bar/rrstaurant to enjoy the view and a great place for a dip. You need a car to get around to places on the lake from here really.

I didn’t find the bed that confortabme, but that’s personal choice

Had a great stay at B&B La Rosa especially many thanks to Elisa and her daughter for the excellent hospitality. We were also accepted by the secret boss Simba - the Cat. For breakfast we got a wishlist - and all we wanted was there. Room was clean and very quiet, no traffic noise. Pool was clean and inviting for swimming. We had a great time. No search for parking - it was inside the poperty and for free. If we plan a next stay in this area we'll certainly come back.

Lovely property ,wrong side of Lake Maggiore.

Wrong side of Lake Maggiore. Very little Restaurants this side. You need to get the ferry to the other side for the towns, markets, and Restaurants

Lovely room and pool was a god send in the heat! Superb breakfast. We were made to feel really welcome by Elise and her family.

Super friendly host with lots of Tipps for day trips. Elisa is a great host and even welcomed us very late as our journey was delayed. We would always go back. Thank you again!

The very friendly host Elisa showed us many places to visit. The pool was very clean and well-maintained (as well as the room). Could be definitely a place to visit again..

Nothing to complain about. Some people might prefer some full grain bread for breakfast over white bread. But we guess this is hard to get in Italy, so it is complaining at a high level and a "nice to have" only..
