ILIf you are looking for the ultimate wine in Tuscany experience, this b&b at organic winery Poggerino is the place to stay. The room is traditional with tile floors and wooden beams in the ceiling, but with a modern and pampering shower. Very friendly and communicative staff. Breakfast and pool (even in Oct) perfect. To reach our stay we had to take our suitcases up a very steep and difficult slope, which we were aware of. Upstairs, two people from the staff were waiting for us. Despite clearly seeing that we were no longer the youngest visitors, they made no effort to help us with the luggage. Clearly no empathy and for us a great disappointment in terms of reception. .
