It’s in the middle of the city center and very close to the beach. The host was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend the place.

I stayed on the top floor. It’s next to the breakfast room. So it is noisy when the breakfast service starts. But it’s fine if you like to wake up early.

Clean, pretty and comfortable rooms, good location, friendly hosts.

No breakfast was available in the hotel (perhaps because we were travelling in a low season), but there are a couple of caffes nearby where you can grab a good coffee and a cornetto, or a sandwich.

"Good place to stay, but booking.com is not the best place to book"

The host was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served in a terrace on top of the building with a view to the mountain and in the morning it was beautiful with the sun shining.

But we had some difficulty with booking.com, because they showed the price 39€, but then took 60€ from my account. Sadly, we didn't get our money back, because I haven't had a screenshot... Be careful when it is written "booking compensation", because it might not be real and the might take more money from you.
