"You can get a better deal somewhere else. Avoid this place if you are not a smoker."

Walking distance to a beach, downtown. Designated parking appreciated. Clean room and clean bathroom.

Beware, it's a smoking property which we didn't know. Ashtrays are everywhere and you can feel the smoke everywhere. The bed was very uncomfortable and room was decorated with a very claustrophobic "brick" wallpaper. Hundreds of mosquitos in the room. The worst thing was breakfast. Only sweet packaged prepared stuff, flavored yogurts and croissants, no savory breakfast. Only plus was that he made us a coffee which wasn't very delicious. The breakfast area was untidy, unclean and decorated with cheap and dirty plastic wall. Nearby beach was is overrated, too many people, black people trying to hassle you all the time.

The location is close to the beach

We request to stay until noon since we arrived late the previous day but the host wasn’t flexible so we had to leave at 10:30. He let us park the car until we left san vito.

"Exceptional"

It is a lovely B&B, close to the main streets of San Vito lo Capo and 3 minutes walk from the main sunbath areas. The B&B had a free parking spot. We felt really good and our room was very clean. The room has a balcony and air conditioning. The breakfast was good and the host is friendly and helpful! We appreciated his recommendations and support.

The location is very good. Minutes away from the beach and restaurant. Has a lovely balcony to enjoy the view.

A bit difficult to find. It is in a small lane being the first property.
