Great value for money and the staff were extremely helpful. They went over and above to help me book ranthambore safari and train tickets to my next destination.

It was clean

The staff ( apart for the kitchen staff. That was nice). The people at the reception did not help with the language , the info’s about the safari were poor and the communication on general not clear. The location: too much in the noise. They say that the breakfast is included but they almost do not serve food.

Staff was really friendly. Best location because the safari vehicles take off from there in the morning allowing you to get on first and secure the seats you want before anyone else gets on. In the afternoon I think it also usually starts from near there so you usually can also do similar. Breakfast was also really good, allowing you to order what you want. Has a good gym nearby and near a good non-veg restaurant (The Royal Food Plaza). The in-house restaurant is also really good.

Markups for bookings are a bit high but that is the norm for this type of booking. The process would be simple to do yourself if it wasn't for International cards not working and it not being clear how to arrange your own hotel pickup for safari which is included. Highest shower head wasn't working and had issues with hot water.

Room was clean (not bedding) and staff were friendly. They changed the bed when we complained it had been slept in. Good shower.

Bed sheets were from previous guest. We asked they changed them and the new ones were stained and old. Towels were also stained and old. Spoiled our stay.

Spacious and very clean rooms. Service was fast and prompt. All the staff were very helpful. Location - Very near to the station and the starting point for safari pick ups. Overall a great experience

All the staff, the food and the location of the hotel are excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. The host is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about wildlife and tigers and help you to get the best from your safari experiences. we saw the mother and 3 cubs super close.

The room was nice and clean. The included breakfast was pretty tasty (though the selection is limited). Saif was very helpful arranging safaris in good areas, even driving us to the gate to get us on one at the last minute (though unfortunately we didn't see a tiger even after 5 safaris in good areas). The location of the hotel means you'll likely be one of the first people picked up by a canter and can get good seats. WiFi worked well and the tvs in the room are modern so you can watch Netflix etc.

The room descriptions are a little misleading. Our room description suggested we'd have a balcony and mountain view, but we didn't. I think some have the view, some have the balcony, but the different room types haven't been separated out on booking.com. When we asked it was handled well and we were offered to change to a room with a view the following night. The coffee at breakfast was the worst my wife has ever had in her life (the Chai was OK).

Rooms are comfy and clean, hot water and wi-fi , they also offer money change with a fair price.
