B&B Il Fosso Bianco

This was one of our best stays on the Via Francigena. The host was very responsive and assisted us with providing yogurt for breakfast so we would have it as we had to leave before breakfast was served. Check in with the code was a breeze. There are two outdoor spaces which is fantastic especially for drying clothing. There is such attention to detail in the design of the spaces and snacking food such as fruits and cookies left out for us to munch on after a long day of hiking. It is very close to the thermal pools which is a huge win as well since it is downhill there and uphill back.

Would have liked air conditioning

Comfortable and clean with a lovely breakfast served by a very accommodating lady.

We didn’t get instructions on how to access the property until well after our arrival time which was after checkin time. We had to contact the host by phone with no success but eventually basic and confusing information was provided. Our bathroom was very basic and narrow and significantly less than what was portrayed in the photos. Our friends paid the same price with better rooms and bathrooms.
