The location is ideal for a stopover between England and Italy. The hosts are friendly, helpful and put a lot of effort into ensuring that all guests feel at home. The food was excellent.

Tranquil location, easy (secure) parking and warm welcome for our hosts. Comfortable room with great shower and kettle. Great value supper, which was delicious, as was breakfast, particularly the homemade jams. Veronique and Christian are extremely attentive hosts, full of interesting conversation! This was our second stay en route from the UK to Switzerland, and we will definitely be returning.

Shower could have been better

Even the land lords are barely speaking english, we managed to sort everything out. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast ist partially homemade and extraordinary delicious. Clearly a recommendation.

A characterful place to stay with a lovely cosy bedroom and view from the window. Our hosts were charming and we enjoyed the company of other guests at breakfast and the home cooked evening meal. We made use of the shady garden too.

It would have been helpful if arrival time could be more flexible. We find 5pm is rather late on when travelling a distance to get there. We would have been happy to pay an early arrival fee to fit in with our plans.

Lovely hosts. Great locally sourced food - both supper and breakfast. A very welcoming atmosphere. Good secure parking.
