Ricardo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben und war immer für uns erreichbar. 😎 Auch die Surfstunden waren gut. Die Organisation hat super geklappt. Die Villa ist gut gelegen. Der Strand ist super mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Fahrräder sind auch kostenlos verfügbar.

Die Villa ist teilweise schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

"Extremely noisy"

Extremely noisy I paid 400€ pour 3 nights stay expecting peace and relaxed energy. Instead it was a nightmare. WARNING #1 AND A TURN-OFF! THERE IS A CONSTRUCTION SITE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE, WITH EXTREMELY LOUD NOISE STARTING AT 7am, EVEN ON WEEKEND. The staff assured me there would be no noise over the weekend which was false. WARNING #2: NO SOUNDPROOFING IN THE HOUSE. You hear everything: people peeing and flushing the toilet at 3am, alarms and music at 6am for early surf lessons, doors slamming, living room TV.. WARNING #3: ROOM FAR BELOW STANDARD FOR THE PRICE: lukewarm water, blocked faucets, no proper blanket or comforter despite cold nights, no basic toiletries available (shower gel, shampoo), poor cleanliness (hair in the bathroom) WARNING #4: NOT EXACTLY A BEACH TOWN Don’t expect a typical beach town vibe. There’s a beach, but no cafés, no shops, and it’s completely dark at night. This area is semi-industrial, with no real tourist infrastructure. If you’re having dinner at one of the beach restaurants in the evening, be aware that the area is dark, empty, and isolated at night, walking feels unsafe, so it’s best to take a taxi. WARNING #5: NOT A TRADITIONAL SURF CAMP There was no personal welcome on arrival only self check-in, and communication was handled online. It felt impersonal. WARNING #6: WARNING #6: THE MANAGER ADMITTED THE ISSUE AND APOLOGIZED, YET REFUSED ANY COMPENSATION.

Situation idéale à 5 minutes de la plage et 10minutes du ferry pour Lisbonne. Le lieu est géré par un ancien surfeur pro pour des surfeurs: on ne peut rêver mieux…
