Excellent breakfast. Perfect location. Bars restaurants and shops in walking distance. Came here for cartmel races for which it was ideal, Jean and her husband were excellent hosts

The breakfast was very well presented and tasty. The location was excellent as it was on a quiet road but was close to the amenities.

Car parking was a concern.

Lovely stay at Elton Guest House. Comfortable room and a tasty and plentiful breakfast. Jean and Shaun are such friendly hosts who went above and beyond to accommodate us, offering lifts where needed and even providing a mini fridge for the room! The B&B is conveniently located less than 5min walk from train station and bus stop, and about 30min walk from the Field Studies Council centre where I was attending a training course for the week. Grange itself is a sleepy place with wonderful views over Morecambe bay. Several great places to eat in the area (including GF-friendly) and lots of options for hiking. Couldn't haved asked for more. Jean and Shaun, are very natural hosts, they enjoy their work, and it shows in their hospitality. I wont hesitate to book again, when I am in The Lake District. The attention to detail in my room and the public rooms, are very much above par. The breakfast was just what I asked for, more tea, more toast, not a problem. You wont be disappointed.

Beds were nice and comfy. Radiators that you could control, hot when you want, turn it down, when you want to. I could not fault anything!!!

Jean and Shaun were brilliant, lovely, friendly and helpful, going the extra mile. The rooms are bright and clean with an ensuite. Breakfast, you won't go hungry with plenty of choice. We arrived as guests left as friends, would definitely recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic short break in this lovely B&B The hosts are wonderful people, we loved staying here. Very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was superb.

Perfect location, great hosts. Plenty of facilities with lounge area and pool table/darts. Breakfast was fantastic.

Very welcoming, decor throughout the property was excellent and fresh. Comfortable beds, nice and cosy, nice and quiet. Great choice of what to have for breakfast and within a reasonable time scale to suit us. Our room faced the back so no road noise heard, lovely back garden with loads of birds kicking about.

the room is a bit tiny, very hard to organise our stuff.. but it's not a deal breaker

Jean and Shaun couldn't have made us feel more welcome and cared for. The room was nicely decorated, very clean, well-appointed, quiet and with a beautiful view of the garden. The shower was great! Breakfast was tasty and relaxed.
