Just spent 2 nights this weekend at this guest house. All in all, a very enjoyable stay. It's a great location just a few minutes walk from Grange town centre. There was on-road parking outside, and close to the promenade and train station. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, in fact they even went to great lengths to make sure I could watch my favourite football team play live on TV, which was a pleasant surprise, and I was challenged to a game of pool in their sports room. The room was very clean and modern, with a TV, and nice shower, and overlooking their garden which is well-maintained, with a seating area. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of cereals.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

"It was the best place we have stayed ever."

The bed was so comfortable. Everything was extremely clean. The food was superb. I actually saw a badger in the garden one evening. The couple who run the guest house were friendly and very helpful.

Good location for walking into town, accessibility to restaurants, coffee shops, and also very convenient for the local bus and train. Close to the promenade and sea, but in a quiet road as well. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast. Friendly proprietor.

Parking may be an issue at peak times

"Would stay again, great small b and b"

Great hosts, nothing too much trouble. Very clean. Games room was a bonus and seeing a badger who comes every night was a treat. Very good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. Comfortable room with chairs and table.

Bed was a little hard, otherwise perfect stay.

Breakfasts were very good

We would have liked daily choice rather than assuming we wanted the same breakfast every day. This resulted in the bacon being cooked in advance hence it being dry.

Best guest house I've encountered in many years of travel,excellent owners Jean and Shawn look after you well from the outset. Room clean with plenty of tea ,coffee and chocolate available. The place is beautifully situated in the country but close to town. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices.
