Hostería La Condesa

Location was great very close to Ingapirca. The staff ladies were so kind preparing a supper for us all.

No credit card was accepted. It is inconvenient having to do transfer or paying cash.

Location is beautiful!

We stayed three very uncomfortable nights at La Condesa. The location and physical plant is beautiful, though quite tumble-down. The place, however, was much like visiting The Twilight Zone. We were the only hotel guests in an enormous facility. There's no on-site manager or staff, so we were completely alone at the hotel every night and most of each day. Strange! There is no heat in the rooms and the hot water was broken for our entire stay. This place is a bad joke. Run away!

The views are spectacular, and the buildings are beautiful and historic. The grounds are gorgeous and well-maintained. The breakfast was good and the staff kind.

The room was dusty and not well-cleaned. I made a reservation weeks in advance but the room had unfinished painting on the walls. The hotel is not living up to its potential. With a good cleaning and polishing and greater attention to detail, the place would be a true gem.
