Lovely location on the edge of this old village, There were open fields to the rear with a patio door to sit in the garden. There was a very good restaurant within easy walking distance. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. The owners were extremely pleasant

Everything from arrival to leaving was great. Smashing breakfast. Lovely rooms. Great hosts who were so very friendly and great to talk with. Gave us up front info months in advance for taxis & food. Gave us info on walking routes. Felt more like we were staying with family as it was so comfortable. Attention to detail in the rooms was fantastic. Including cake on arrival & fluffy dressing gowns.

Nothing. Absolutely no faults to be found.

Great location, super room which felt like a hotel room and loved our patio overlooking open grazing land complete with sheep! Good selection of pubs and restaurants for an evening meal too. Delicious breakfast too!

Carlton Corner was an exceptionally relaxed, welcoming and friendly place to stay in an excellent setting backing onto fields. The quality of the rooms and breakfast was exceptionally high and I felt a lot of attention had been spent on detail, that enhanced the stay. Jay was a very friendly and well-informed host. The local area was interesting to walk around too. I would definitely stay there again.

Exceptional Hosts. Attention to detail and immaculately clean room and bathroom. Private entrance to room. Amazing specially prepared fresh breakfast. Highly recommended.
