"Joyous hosts!!"

Brilliant friendly hosts and modern comfy accommodation. Be aware there are 2 steps down to the en suite but there was a convenient hand rail. Nice fresh continental style breakfast and unique Persian tea was available, and very enjoyable! Parking outside the front door, suitable for most vehicles. Nice row of shops across the road and a handy co-op a 5 minute walk away. Nice flat area too.

"Great hosts ."

Great hosts , very comfortable room , everything you could need is at hand , even a glass of wine and a chat at bedtime if you wish , would stay again , and hope to , with no hesitation. Great value . Highly recommend .

Our hosts were delightful. Their home was a very comfortable place to stay. The room was very well appointed with lots of extra touches to make a great stay. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Needs larger sink in the bathroom, or move the soap dispenser.

Jane and Siamak were very welcoming. It was lovely to eat breakfast with them. They obviously enjoy hosting. The room was very cosy with a view over the rear garden. We had everything we needed.

We liked everything and will book the room again if we come back up to Newark
