The hosts were friendly and chatty nothing was a bother for them the room was clean with all needed extras to make drinks etc towels soft and fluffy bed comfy

Wasn't anything to dislike. Spotlessly clean. Decorated to a high standard.the hosts are amazing. They make you feel so welcome and are genuinely lovely people. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. In fact we are looking to book again very soon in the future. You won't find a better stay with warm charming hospitality. Top marks on all accounts.

"Comfortable, quiet bedroom with ensuite shower, hosted by a wonderful and very thoughtful couple"

Lovely comfortable room, very comfortable bed, nice shower, lots of hanging space for clothes, TV, free WIFI, lots of nice little personal touches, tea, coffee and biscuits, mini-fridge, very quiet with view out over rear garden, and birds in the trees. The hosts are wonderful, and very sociable, we really enjoyed having breakfast with them. They are also very helpful and will accommodate special requests (we asked for oat milk). I think it's fantastic that breakfast is included, and a very nice breakfast it is. The location is great with the center of Newark only about a 20 minute easy walk away. The hosts will also be happy to make recommendations for walks and other things to do in and around Newark. Another thing to mention is their excellent communication, they responded to messages very quickly, and directions to the property were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommended.
