Plitvice Etno House I

Excellent accomodation, fantastic location very close to the park, excellent restaurant just across the road & supermarket a few minutes drive away.

Hot tub would have been nice.

The room looked exactly like on the photos. It was a bit small, but cozy and clean. Very good value for the proce.

When we checked in, the receptionist asked if we want breakfast. We asked for the price, she informed us it was 7 euros per person. We booked two breakfasts for the next morning saying we would try it and see if we would want it for the second morning too. The breakfast was acceptable quality for 7 euros. However, when we wanted to schedule it again for the next day, the same receptionist told us it wasn’t 7, but 15 euros per person. For this price we didn’t order the next one and we didn’t get any explanation for the price change. I really would like to think that it was just a mistake stemming from language difficulties, but it was still very unprofessional and uncomfortable. It wasn’t clearly indicated that the sauna and wellness facilities are not included in the room price. We only got informed on-site that these require additional booking and payment.

The rooms are fabulous. A mix of Swiss alpine ski lodge in the bedroom meets modern gorgeous in the bathroom. Location was great. Just a mile or two from the Plitvice Lakes . Across the street is a very good restaurant. And a short walk down the street a delicious pizza place. The host was fabulous. Going out of her way to give us a ride to the Plitvice Lakes and pick us up at the end of the day!

De ligging van de locatie, jammer dat er geen thee faciliteiten op de kamer was,

Bien situé. Avec piscine meme si je n'ai pas pu en profiter .

WiFi n'était pas stable

Dicht bij ingang 2 van de Plitvice meren. En aan de overkant zit een goed restaurant (Bistro Antonio). Kamer zelf was compact en erg gehorig.

Personeel. We hadden last minute geboekt en vooruit betaald maar dat was allemaal erg lastig kennelijk want we werden gevraagd ter plekke nogmaals contant te betalen. Gelukkig had ik een betaalbewijs aan booking.com maar dat werd met veel tegenzin uiteindelijk geaccepteerd. Sowieso jammer dat er geen kaartbetaling mogelijk is, men wil hier alles cash.
